These general terms and conditions apply to all orders and purchases made through the Nomée online store. Nomée is based at Rijnstraat 99D, Woerden, the Netherlands, and is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under registration number 98271806, with VAT identification number NL868424377B01. We do our best to display and describe our products as accurately as possible. Please note that slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings or lighting conditions during photography.

All prices displayed in our online store include VAT and exclude any applicable shipping costs, unless stated otherwise. Payment can be made using the payment methods available in our online store. An order will be processed once payment has been successfully completed.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Orders are processed once payment has been successfully completed.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. Stated delivery times are indicative and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including delays caused by the carrier. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Nomée is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

The customer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After notifying us of the return, the customer has a further 14 days to send the product back.

**Return Conditions:**

* Returns can be handed over to UPS within 14 days of receiving your order using the return label provided.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for damage caused by washing or improper use.

- If an item is damaged, incorrect or defective, we will cover the return costs. In all other cases, return costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Nomée reserves the right to refuse returns if the items do not meet the conditions stated above.

The purchase amount, including standard shipping costs, will be refunded once the return has been received and inspected.

Nomée is not liable for any indirect damage, loss or delay arising from the use of the webshop, shipping or products.

Personal data is used solely to process orders and communicate with you about your purchases. Your data will never be sold to third parties.

If you have a complaint about a product or our service, please contact us as soon as possible via info@cestnomee.com. We aim to provide an appropriate solution within a reasonable timeframe.

All images, text, designs, logos and other content on the webshop are the property of Nomée and may not be used without prior written permission.
