These general terms and conditions apply to all orders and purchases made through the Nomée online store. Nomée is based at Rijnstraat 99D, Woerden, the Netherlands, and is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under registration number 98271806, with VAT identification number NL868424377B01. We do our best to display and describe our products as accurately as possible. Please note that slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings or lighting conditions during photography.

All prices displayed in our online store include VAT and exclude any applicable shipping costs, unless stated otherwise. Payment can be made using the payment methods available in our online store. An order will be processed once payment has been successfully completed.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Orders are processed once payment has been successfully completed.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. Stated delivery times are indicative and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including delays caused by the carrier. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Nomée is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

The customer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After notifying us of the return, the customer has a further 14 days to send the product back.

**Return Conditions:**

* Returns can be handed over to UPS within 14 days of receiving your order using the return label provided.

- Artikelen moeten ongedragen, ongewassen en voorzien zijn van alle originele labels. Beschadigingen door wassen of onjuist gebruik kunnen we helaas niet accepteren als retour.

- Is er sprake van een beschadigd, verkeerd of defect artikel? Dan zijn de retourkosten voor onze rekening. In andere gevallen kunnen retourkosten worden ingehouden op het terug te betalen bedrag.

Nomee behoudt zich het recht voor retourzendingen te weigeren wanneer artikelen niet voldoen aan bovenstaande voorwaarden.

Het aankoopbedrag inclusief standaard verzendkosten wordt terugbetaald zodra de retourzending is ontvangen en gecontroleerd.

Nomée is niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte schade, verlies of vertraging ontstaan door gebruik van de webshop, verzending of producten.

Persoonsgegevens worden uitsluitend gebruikt voor het verwerken van bestellingen en communicatie rondom aankopen. Gegevens worden nooit verkocht aan derden.

Alle afbeeldingen, teksten, ontwerpen, logo’s en andere content op de webshop zijn eigendom van Nomée en mogen niet zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming worden gebruikt
